A custom bio that can be pasted directly into your rental application, designed by our agents to highlight your strengths and capture the interest of the property owner.
A detailed document including tips, tricks and essential knowledge for securing a rental property.
After hitting the ‘Get Started’ button, input your contact information and then you will be prompted to submit your existing bio. Once this has been received and reviewed by one of our agents, we will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact.
Unfortunately for obvious reasons, our service cannot guarantee customers acceptance on any specific property. What we can promise is that after using our service, you’ll be able to apply confidently, knowing that you’re giving yourself the best possible chance of success.
Our agents are here to advise and support our clients, but legally cannot act on behalf of them. This is because SWAPS is an advice based business, not a licensed real estate agent.
Everyone is entitled to a change of mind, if you have not yet received your custom bio, then you will be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately once your bio has been sent you are no longer eligible, as we have already conducted case specific work on your behalf. We have worked hard to make our pricing as affordable as possible, whilst also valuing the input and time of our agents.
